SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer Canada wide shipping for all of our products. Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of Canada at this time. For all in stock products, your order will be fulfilled within one business day and you can expect it to be delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
We also offer local delivery if you are within 20km of our location. This is a $20 fee and your products are guaranteed for delivery within one business day.
SHIPPING COST
For all of our woodworking products (anything under the Shop Products page), we have a $20 flat rate shipping fee for all provinces, except NB, NFL, PEI and NS, where a $25 flat rate shipping fee is applied.
For all of our slabs, shipping is calculated post sale. We will be in touch with you within one business day of you placing your order with a shipping estimate. You are welcome to get in touch with us before the sale to obtain a shipping estimate, as well.
RETURN POLICY
All of our woodworking products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You must have a copy of your receipt, and the products must be unused and unopened.
Charcuterie boards and custom furniture pieces are non-refundable; please ensure your details are correct before ordering. In stock furniture pieces can be returned for a full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase. A full review will be done on the piece, and if any damages are incurred, a refund will not be provided.
All slabs are final purchase once they leave our showroom; please ensure the slab(s) you purchase will work for your project prior to ordering. We are happy to provide you with more information and photos of any slabs - just ask!
